I've been working on something for a little while now. It's something that I plan to hopefully use on a weekly basis to help myself stay more focused and also spend time to reflect on my week and month so I can work on leaving them in the past.
If you haven't guessed yet, I've been making a planner. Well not a normal planner. It more specialized to help with getting tasks done. It also has pages where you can reflect on your week and month with prompts. I tried to make the prompts as positive as possible to try to counteract all the negativity that is always pushed on us.
